I have hesitated to post this because I was so full of confidence when I last spoke of the annual game between the coaches/teachers and the eighth grade girls volleyball team at Saint Whotheheck.
They are an excellent team. Many of our best players couldn't play and those of us who showed were not at our best. Although, several of the teachers have made amazing progress since last year -- we always managed to lack skills at the moment we needed them.
It was still a ball. There's always next year.
Ouch!

Ohh DARN! I'm sure it was still a good time, and it is good to know you have a great team of 8th graders.

Ahem (cough, cough) - don't forget who the 8th graders will be next year! The teachers and coaches don't stand a chance!! I presonally have started my training program in hopes of not ending up in the hospital - that's about the best I can hope for.

So you're less athletic than an 8th grader... the important thing is Are You Smarter Than A Fifth Grader??
"St. Whotheheck" cracks me up every time I read it.
